国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）资助内容及标准
奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周研修生除外）和综合医疗保险费。
1．学费由接收院校统筹用于奖学金生的培养与管理，开展文化活动，组织参加汉语考试。学费不包含教材费和旅游景点门票。
2．住宿费由接收院校统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍， 一般为双人间。
3．生活费由接收院校按月发放。本科生、一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。
奖学金生按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。当月15日（含15日）前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费；15日以后注册者，当月发放半月生活费。
奖学金生在学期间（不含寒暑假）因个人原因离开中国时间超过 15天者，停发离华期间生活费。
奖学金生因个人原因休学、退学或受接收院校纪律处分者，停发自休学、退学或接到处分通知之日起的生活费。
毕（结）业生的生活费发放至学校确定的毕（结）业日期后的半个月。
4．综合医疗保险费参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行，由接收院校统一购买。四周研修生标准为160元人民 币/人，一学期研修生为400元人民币/人，一学年以上标准为800元人民币/年/人。

Contents and standards of Confucius Institute Scholarship
The scholarship includes tuition, accommodation, living expenses (except for four week students) and comprehensive medical insurance.
1. The tuition fees shall be used for the cultivation and management of scholarship students, cultural activities and Chinese examinations organized by the receiving institutions. The tuition does not include the cost of teaching materials and tickets for tourist attractions.
2. the accommodation fee shall be used by the receiving institution as a whole, and free dormitories shall be provided for students, generally double rooms.
3. The living expenses shall be paid by the receiving institution on a monthly basis. The standard for undergraduate students, one academic year and one semester students is 2500 yuan / month.
Scholarship students shall report for admission at the time specified in the admission notice of the receiving institution, otherwise, scholarship will be disqualified.
For those who register before the 15th day of the current month (including the 15th day), the full amount of living expenses will be paid in the current month; for those who register after the 15th day, the half month living expenses will be paid in the current month.
If the scholarship student leaves China for more than 15 days due to personal reasons during the semester (excluding winter and summer holidays), the living expenses during the period of leaving China will be suspended.
The living expenses of scholar students who have suspended or dropped out of school due to personal reasons or who have been disciplined by the receiving institution shall be suspended from the date of suspension or withdrawal or receiving the notice of punishment.
The living expenses of graduates shall be paid half a month after the date of graduation determined by the school.
4. The comprehensive medical insurance premium shall be purchased by the receiving institution in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of education on studying in China. The standard for four week students is 160 yuan / person, 400 yuan / person for one semester, and 800 yuan / year / person for more than one academic year.
