为培养合格的海外中文教师，促进各国中文教育的发展，孔子学院总部继续设立国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金），以下简称奖学金。河北经贸大学作为孔子学院奖学金生接收院校，2020年继续招收外国优秀学生和在职中文教师来我校学习和进修汉语国际教育本科专业。
一、招生对象
1．非中国籍人士。
2．身心健康，品学兼优。
3．有志于从事汉语教育、教学及相关工作。
4．年龄为 16-35 周岁（统一以2020年9月1日计）。在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
二、奖学金类别及申请条件
1．汉语国际教育专业本科生
2020年9月入学，资助期限为4年。
具有高中学历。汉语考试成绩达到HSK（四级）210分、HSKK（中级）60分。
2．一学年研修生
2020年9月入学，资助期限为11个月。不录取在华留学生。
2．1汉语国际教育方向
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）270 分，具有HSKK成绩。
2．2汉语研修方向
汉语考试成绩达到HSK（三级）210分，提供HSKK成绩。
3．一学期研修生
2020年9月、2021年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者。
汉语国际教育要求汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）180 分，具有HSKK成绩。
4．四周研修生
2020年7月或12月入学，资助期限为4周。不录取护照上有 X1、X2 签证者。
4．1汉语言+中国家庭体验、孔子学院专项四周生方向
具有HSK成绩。可由孔子学院组团进行报名，并实现联系接受院校确定在华学习计划，提前报总部审批，每团10-15人。
三、办理流程
2020年3月1日起，申请者可登录国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）申请孔子学院奖学金。
登录孔子学院奖学金网站，查询推荐机构与接收院校；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
申请截止日期为：
1．4月10日（7月入学）。
2．5月10日（9月入学）。
3．9月10日（12 月入学）。
4．11月10日（2021年3月入学）。
孔子学院总部委托专家集中评审：根据HSK、HSKK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前3个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
四、关于汉语桥获奖者
在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2020年度“孔子学院奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）网站，凭奖学金证书向目标接收院校提交申请材料。

International Chinese teacher Scholarship (Confucius Institute Scholarship)
Application method (2020)
For the purpose of cultivating qualified Chinese language teachers and facilitating the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) launches “Confucius Institute Scholarship” (CIS) to support outstanding students, Hebei University of economy and business, as the receiving institution of Confucius Institute's scholarship students, will continue to recruit foreign excellent students and on-the-job Chinese teachers to study Chinese International Education in our university in 2020.
Ⅰ、ELIGIBILITY
All applicants shall be
a) Non-Chinese citizens
b) In good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally
c) Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language
d) Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1st, 2020. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45, while undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25.
Ⅱ、SCHOLARSHIP TYPES AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (BTCSOL)
Commences September 2020 and provides scholarship for maximum four academic years. Applicants must have graduated with a high school diploma, and have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 4) as well as 60 in HSKK test (Intermediate Level).
2. Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study
Commences September 2020, and provides scholarship for maximum 11 months. International students currently studying in China are not eligible.
2.1 TCSOL
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required.
2.2 Chinese Language Study
Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 in HSK test (Level 3 ).
3. Scholarship for One-Semester Study
Commences either in September 2020 or March 2021, and provides scholarship of maximum 5 months. Applicants with holding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.
TCSOL Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required.
4. Scholarship for Four-Week Study
Commences either on July or December of 2020, and provides a four-week scholarship. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible.
4.1 Chinese Language plus Home-stay Experience in a Chinese Family
HSK test score are required. Organized and applied by a Confucius Institute with 10-15 participants per group. Prior to the trip, a detailed study plan shall be made after consultation with host institutions and submit to Hanban for approval.
Ⅲ、APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. For application, please log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarships website (http://cis.chinese.cn) to register, complete the Application Form online, and upload the scanned copies of relevant supporting documents.
2. Contact Recommending Institutions:
I. Confucius Institutes and Confucius classrooms which have been in operation for more than six months. For more information, please refer to www.hanban.org.
II. Testing centers for Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK which have the right to recommend Confucius Institute Scholarship candidates. For information, please refer to www.chinesetest.cn. (ECNU is eligible to recommend)
III. Oversea organizers of Chinese Bridge Competition: education and cultural offices (groups) of China’s oversea embassies (consulates), Confucius Institute and relevant educational institutions. For further information, please consult chinesebridge@hanban.org.
3. Host institutions will review the eligibility of applicants (An interview is required for ECNU degree program applicants), and Hanban will conduct an overall assessment of all applications and admit applicants on the basis of competitive selection.
4. After confirming with the successful applicants, host institutions will post the Admission documents. The copy of the scholarship certificate can be print out from the CIS website.

Ⅳ、CHINESE BRIDGE AWARD RECIPIENT POLICIES
Chinese Bridge winners who have been awarded the 2020 “Confucius Institute Scholarship Certificate” shall log onto the scholarship website and submit documents to relevant host institutions upon presentation of their CIS certificates. Please contact：chinesebridge@hanban.org for inquiry.
Ⅴ、OTHERS
1. For major training plans and courses, please contact designated host institutions(ECNU).
2. Applicants shall be familiar with the specific criteria and closing dates for registration, and follow specific procedures to submit necessary documents
3.Degree students shall accept the annual assessment under the Annual Appraisal Procedures of Confucius Institute Scholarship
4. Those who failed to register on time, failed to pass the health assessment, dropped out midway and/or suspended will be deprived of scholarship.
