中国政府奖学金—高水平研究生项目系中国教育部向部分中国高水平大学提供的全额奖学金，用于高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华攻读研究生学位。
PART.1 奖学金基本情况
（一）招生类别、专业设置及奖学金管理
1.招生类别
2024年度河北经贸大学中国政府奖学金高水平研究生项目招收硕士研究生。

3.奖学金管理
（1）奖学金资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限（3年），原则上不予延长。
（2）奖学金获得者来华后须按照中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理；该项目奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校；原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限。
（二）申请人资格
1.申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.申请人的年龄、学历和语言要求：
（1）申请来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，且年龄不超过35周岁；
（2）申请以中文为专业教学语言的攻读硕士学位者，中文水平须达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级(曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供HSK证明）；
（3）申请人应当同时符合河北经贸大学在学术能力、语言能力及其他相关方面的入学要求。
（三）奖学金内容（人民币）
1.免交学费和提供免费校内住宿
2.提供奖学金生活费，硕士研究生3000元/月/人
3.中国政府奖学金来华留学综合医疗保险
4.国际旅费：自理
PART.2 申请时间、途径和材料
申请人在2023年11月1日-2024年2月15日前向河北经贸大学国际教育学院提出申请并发送电子版申请材料至邮箱admission11832@163.com
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（如未提交电子版申请材料，视为放弃）：（请将所有申请材料以zip格式发送，邮件主题格式请以“河北经贸大学+护照姓+护照名”命名）
1.系统申请。申请中国政府奖学金的申请人，须访问“留学中国”网站（http://www.campuschina.org），点击“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”填写和提交报名信息，并将提交的申请表打印签名，《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）
2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2024年9月），请及时换发新护照。
3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明和在学证明。
4.学习成绩单扫描件（本科阶段）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处或有关学习管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。
5.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。
6.来华学习计划。来华学习计划字数要求不少于1000字，用中文或英文书写。
7.推荐信。申请人毕业学校两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。内容重点应包括了申请人来华学习目标要求，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价等。
8.体检证明。《外国人体格检查记录》和血液检查报告单复印件：申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查，须用英文填写。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效，检查结果有效期6个月。
9.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前 6 个月以内的证明文件。
10.护照签证页。已在华学习的申请者需提交护照签证页。
11.电子版证件照
（1）请将人员照片以护照号码命名；
（2）照片参照格式：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4：3， 大小为100-500KB，JPG格式
注：①材料不符合要求，不予受理；
②中英文以外文本须提交经公证的中文和英文译本。

录取结果将于2024年7月末通知申请者，入学时间为2024年9月

Application Procedures for HUEB 2024 Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Program (TYPE B)
The agency number of Hebei University of Economics and Business (HUEB) for Chinese Government Scholarship is 11832.
Chinese Government Scholarship-High Level Postgraduate Program is a full scholarship established by Ministry of Education, P.R.C to support designated Chinese universities to enroll outstanding international students for graduate studies in China.
I. Introduction

3. The scholarship duration specified in the Admission Notice(3 years) , cannot be extended in general.
4. Students are not permitted, in principle, to apply to change their specialties, institutions or the duration of study as specified in the Admission Notice.
(2)Qualifications
1.Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
2.Education background ,ageand language limit:
a)Applicants for master degree programs must have bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35.
b)Applicants for a master's degree with Chinese as the language of instruction in their speciality must have attained Chinese language proficiency at HSK level 4 (those who have obtained a degree from a Chinese university using Chinese as the language of instruction are not required to provide a certificate of HSK).
c)Applicants should also meet HUEB's admission requirements in terms of academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant aspects.
(3)Details of the Scholarship
1. Exempt from tuition, accommodation on campus;
2. Monthly allowance is offered ,Master Degree Students: 3,000 CNY/month
3. Comprehensive Medical Insurance.
4.Applicants are expected to pay for their own international travel expenses.
Ⅱ.Application time,Procedures and materials

1.The applicants for Chinese Government Scholarship should fill in the online application and print the application form and sign it after submitting it online. The CSC Online Application System for Study in China is available at http://www.campuschina.org;
2.Copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2024), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
3.Notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
4.Academic transcripts ( the undergraduate program). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university’s academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department. They can be in Chinese or English, but must be attached with notarized English translations if they are in foreign languages other than English;
5.Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports in accordance with the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements.
6.A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1,000 characters or words; the proposal of a doctoral student shall be signed by the applicant’s Chinese supervisor;
7.Recommendation letters .Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors from the university which applicants graduated.These letters shall describe the applicant’s objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth. Refer to the attachments.
8.A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months;
9.Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
10.Applicants who are now in China must submit scan of Photocopy of Visa;
11.Soft copy of passport photo:
a) Be named as your passport number.
b)Format: 2-inch bareheaded color photo, white background without frame, head accounting for 2 / 3 of the photo, height/width ratio of 4:3, size of 100-500kb not less than 320 * 240 pixels resolution, JPG format.
NOTE:
a)Incomplete Applications will be rejected;
b)Notarized Chinese/English versions are required for documents with languages other than the two.
III Admission Notice and Enrollment Time
The admission notice will be issued to the applicants at the end of July, 2024, and enrollment time will be September, 2024.
