国际中文教师奖学金（孔子学院奖学金）申请材料清单
一、与所有申请者有关的证明材料
1．护照照片页扫描件。
2. 外国留学生来华申请表
3. 来华学习计划
4. 体检合格证明（六个月内有效）
5. 无犯罪记录证明（六个月内有效）
6．HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
7．推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
二、与学历生有关的证明材料
4．提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。
三、在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
四、未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
五、申请者还须提供接收院校要求的其他证明材料。

List of scholarship application materials of Confucius Institute
1、Passport scanning copy
2、Application form for admission of international students
3、Study Plan
4、Certificate of Education（Transcript included）
5、Certificate of Physical examination（Valid within half a year)
6、Certificate of No Criminal Record（Valid within half a year)
7、Score report of HSK、HSKK（Valid within two year)
8、Letter of recommendation from the head of the recommendation agency.
9、The on-the-job Chinese teacher shall attach the on-the-job certificate and recommendation letter issued by the office.
10、 Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit the power of attorney signed by their guardian in China.
11、The applicant shall also provide other supporting materials required by the receiving institution.
