二、招生对象及入学条件
1.本科生：非中国籍公民，具有高中毕业或高中以上文凭和成绩单，年龄18-25周岁。
2.硕士研究生：非中国籍公民，具有大学本科或本科以上学历、两名教授的推荐信和大学课程成绩单，年龄不超过35周岁。
3.语言进修生：非中国籍公民，有志于学习汉语和中国历史文化的各界人士，一般年龄不超过45周岁（特殊情况，年龄可适当放宽），均可报名参加学习。入学后根据汉语水平测试成绩，分班上课。
注：前二项中凡汉语授裸的学生，汉语水平未达到汉语授课条件者需增加一年汉语学习时间。
三、申请材料

7、经济证明（即银行存款证明，包含一学年学费13000 语言生/14000 本科生/16000。研究生、住宿费3000、保险费800、住宿押金1000，生活费若干，至少合计约RMB20000）
四、报名时间入学时间
报名时间：2020年3月15日-6月15日
入学时间：
1.本科生：每年9月上旬
2.硕士研究生：每年9月上旬
3.汉语言进修生：每年春季，秋季或协商
（秋季入学截止日期为9月15日；春季入学截止日期为3月15日）
五、入学手续
1．凡申请自费来我校学习者,可直接与河北经贸大学国际教育学院联系。
2.下载并填写《河北经贸大学外国留学生入学申请表》，并提供学历证书（毕业证书）、成绩单、护照复印件、无犯罪证明、经济证明（银行出具的本人账户存款证明）、专家推荐信（研究生项目）、学习计划、个人简历及体检证明材料。
3.经审核被录取者，将收到河北经贸大学的《入学通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）》。被录取者凭此可去中国驻所在国大使馆或领事馆办理来华学习(X1)签证。
六、入学提交材料及应缴费用

凡按中国国家教育部与各国有关机构达成的谅解协议申请来我校学习的奖学金生，须向中国驻所在国大使馆或领事馆提出申请，并办理有关手续。

1. 语言生
短期班: 四周2000元，每增减一周，增减400元
长期班: 6500元/学期，13000元/学年
2．学历生
本科生: 14000元/学年
硕士生: 16000元/学年
（三）保险费 400元/学期；800元/学年
（四）住宿费
留学生专用公寓，每间宿舍设有厕所、空调等设施，公寓设有公用厨房。住宿标准为双人间250元/月，1500元/学期，3000元/学年；单人间500元/月，3000元/学期，6000元/学年。
（五）教材费 （根据学习计划按规定缴纳）
注：１.学生应在入学后15个工作日内一次性付清学费，住宿费及保险费；2.学费和住宿费如迟交，须付5%的滞纳金；3.申请退学或注销学籍的学生，应在报到注册日之前提出，经批准，按规定可退学费；退费时，按应退费用的10%收取手续费，退还币种仅限人民币。报到注册后，学费不予退还。

According to students' Chinese level, the elementary courses are offered including primary Chinese, intermediate Chinese, advanced Chinese, etc. All the courses cultivate students' listening, speaking, reading and writing and help them to pass the HSK exam; meanwhile optional courses of culture are offered such as calligraphy, drawing, Taichi and so on. |
Short-Term (Two weeks to six months) |
Students focus on exercise Chinese listening and speaking. The courses of pinyin, conversation, reading and listening are offered. According to students' requirements, they will learn lectures of calligraphy, Chinese drawing, Taichi, Chinese cuisine and so on. |
II. Admission and Requirements
1. Undergraduate Students: Non-Chinese nationality, with high school diploma and transcript, 18-25 years old.
2. Postgraduate Students: Non-Chinese nationality, with undergraduate diploma, two professors' recommendation letters, report card, no more than 40 years old.
3. Chinese Language Students: Non-Chinese nationality, interested in Chinese language and culture, normally no more than 45 years old (in the special case, the student's age may relax suitably). After entrance, students are divided into classes according to their Chinese level.
Note: In the above two items, the students balked of Chinese courses need add one year to learn Chinese language.
II. Application materials

7、Bank statement （Deposit at least the equivalent amount of RMB 25000）

IV. Admission Procedure
1. All the students applying for HUEB at his/her own expense please contact International Education School directly.
2. Please download and fill in the application blank for overseas students of HUEB and provide graduation certificate, transcript, copy of passport, police certificate, income certificate(Certificate of deposit for personal account issued by the bank), recommendation by specialist(postgraduate program), studying plan, curriculum vitae and physical examination report.
3. For admission, the applicant will receive Admission Letter and Oversea Student Visa Application Form (JW202). The applicant is able to apply for Study (X1) Visa in the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country.

The scholarship applicant must apply in the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country and handle the relative procedure according to the agreement between the Education Ministry of China and the relative institution in the country.
VI．Expenses (RMB/Yuan)

2. Tuition
(1) Chinese Language Students
Short-Term: Four weeks 2000 Yuan, increasing or decreasing 400 Yuan with increasing or decreasing a week
Long-Term: 6500 Yuan per semester, 13000 Yuan per year
(2) Students of Academic Degree
Undergraduate Students: 14000 Yuan per year
Postgraduate Students: 16000 Yuan per year
3. Insurance 400 Yuan per semester; 800Yuan per year
4. Accommodation
There is an apartment for international students. Each overseas student's dormitory is equipped with lavatory, air-conditioner, public kitchen and other facilities. It costs 250 Yuan per month, 1500 Yuan per semester, 3000 Yuan per academic year to double up, 500 Yuan per month, 3000 Yuan per semester, 6000 Yuan per academic year to live alone.

Note: 1. Students should pay all the tuition, accommodation and insurance fee in fifteen working days after entrance. 2. The 5% surcharge is levied on the delay of tuition and accommodation. 4. The students applying for withdrawal and deprivation of the status should propose before registration. If approved, the tuition will be back, otherwise, the commission will be charged according to 10% of the fees. In addition, the currency is RMB. After registration, all the tuition will be not refundable.
