塞尔维亚研究中心
为积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，促进中国与中东欧国家的交流与合作，2016年6月17日，在第三次中国——中东欧国家地方领导人唐山会议上，河北经贸大学中东欧国际商务研修学院正式揭牌成立。学院以“服务国家战略，立足区域发展，面向中外企业，彰显经贸特色”为宗旨，着重在三个层面开展工作：一是以中国商务部援外培训为重点，拓宽培训广度，形成立体化、品牌化的专业培训体系；二是充分发挥专兼职专家作用，打造新型专业智库，力求产出高水平、咨询应用类研究成果；三是依托学校国际教育学院，扩大中东欧国家留学生招生规模，探索形成特定区域地区化、国际化应用型人才培养新模式。
International Business Research Institute of CEEC of Hebei University of Economics and Business was established in June, 2016 in the ThirdChina--CEEC Local Leader’s Meeting in Tangshan. The orientation of the institute construction is to serve national strategy, rely on regional development, face China and overseas enterprises and highlight HUEB characteristics. Its objectives are as follows: firstly focusing on foreign training program sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, forming a professional training system with its own branding; secondly playing the role of expertise to construct an innovative professional think tank and achieve high-level applied research results; thirdly relying on International Education School in order to enlarge the enrollment of CEEC students and form a new pattern of international application-oriented talents.
学院一直重视与中东欧国家特别是与塞尔维亚国家的交流与合作。学院自成立以来先后承办商务部塞尔维亚河钢集团塞方员工国际产能合作培训项目七期，累计为塞尔维亚培训技术人员、管理人员以及大学教师近200人。为了进一步促进与塞尔维亚交流与合作，2018年6月1日，在河北省副省长徐建培，塞尔维亚教育、科学和技术发展部部长姆拉登·沙尔切维奇共同见证下，国内第一所专门从事塞尔维亚研究的学术机构——塞尔维亚研究中心成立。
The institute pays attention to the exchange and cooperation with CEEC especially Serbia. Since its establishment, it consecutively carries out seven seminars on international production capacity cooperation for the staff of HBIS Serbia, sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, totals 200 participants of technicians, administrative staff and university teachers accumulatively. In order to promote cooperation with Serbia, on June 1, 2018, witnessed by Vice General Xu Jianpei of Hebei Province and Minister Mladen Sarcevic of Education, Science and Technological Development, the first research organization for Serbia--Center for Serbia Studies was established.

塞尔维亚研究中心焦距问题意识，致力于对塞尔维亚的文化、教育、政治和经济以及中塞两国关系进行研究，以推动中塞友好关系深入发展和促进河北省与塞尔维亚的经济文化交流为宗旨。
Center for Serbia Studies is committed to conducting research on Serbia’s culture, education, politics and economy, as well as China-Serbia relations, in order to promote deeper development of China-Serbia relations and promote economic and cultural exchanges between Hebei Province and Serbia. Researchers of the center have devoted themselves to research and strive to turn the Serbian Research Center of our school into a well-known research center in China, and strive to make the center as a bridge between China and Serbia.
自成立以来，塞尔维亚研究中心已取得初步成果。2018年7月10日，塞尔维亚研究中心微信公众号“中塞之桥”开通并运营，该微信公众平台主要推送关于塞尔维亚的相关内容，总用户数量已达五百余人。2018年8月23日，研究中心汇总编辑整理的首期《塞尔维亚资讯简报》出炉，该简报的目的在于第一时间传递塞尔维亚相关信息，分为“一带一路”倡议下的中塞关系、塞尔维亚最新资讯、塞尔维亚国情透视、塞尔维亚研究观点摘编、河北经贸大学塞尔维亚研究中心动态五部分，采用内刊方式出版，每季出刊一本，内部发行。目前研究中心人员正在撰写《塞尔维亚发展报告（2017）》，对2017年塞尔维亚政治、经济、社会文化以及中塞关系进行总结分析，该《塞尔维亚发展报告》计划每年出版一本，服务国内外相关机构深入了解塞尔维亚。
Since its inception, Center for has achieved initial results. On July 10, 2018, the center’s WeChat official account “China-Serbia Bridge” was launched. The account mainly promotes relevant content about Serbia, and the total number of users has reached more than500.On August 23, 2018, the first edition of Serbian Information Briefing, which was compiled by the center, was released. The purpose of the briefing is to convey the relevant information of Serbia, which is divided into the China-Serbia relations under the “Belt and Road Initiative”. The information, perspective of Serbia's national conditions, excerpts from Serbian research viewpoint, and situation of Center for Serbia Studies of Hebei University of Economics and Business are published in the form of an internal magazine per quarter. At present, the center staff are engaged in Serbia Development Report (2017) to summarize and analyze the political, economic, social and cultural relations of Serbia and China-Serbia in 2017. The Serbian Development Report plans to be published year to serve related institutions at home and abroad.
