Hebei University of Economics and Business (HUEB) is a key provincial university in Hebei Province. It is a multi-disciplinary university with a core focus on Economics, Management, and Law, also offering programs in Philosophy, Liberal Arts, Science, Engineering, and Arts. The university is authorized to enroll students under the Chinese Government Scholarship, International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship, and Hebei Provincial Government Scholarship programs. HUEB also hosts test centers for the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and the Chinese Proficiency Speaking Test (HSKK). The university employs an "application-assessment" selection process for admitting international students (hereinafter referred to as students) to bachelor's degree programs. Undergraduate programs are generally taught in Chinese, with some programs available in English. The standard duration of study is 4-6 years. Graduates who meet the relevant university degree conferment regulations will be awarded a bachelor's degree.

二、申请资格ApplicationEligibility
1.不超过25岁（不满18岁可由法定监护人提供委托书），对华友好，品行端正。无违法犯罪记录。愿意遵守中国的法律、法规及学校纪律。身体健康并符合国家“外国来华留学生健康检查标准”。
Applicants should generally be under the age of 25 (applicants under 18 mustprovide a power of attorney from their legal guardian).
They must be friendly towards China.
Possess good moral character.
Have no criminal record.
Be willing to abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and university rules.
Be in good health meeting the "Health Examination Standards for ForeignStudents Coming to China."
2. 持有外国普通有效护照；
Hold a valid ordinary foreign passport.
3. 高中毕业及以上学历（申请时尚未毕业须提供预毕业证明，最迟在入学前取得高中毕业证书）；
Have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification (applicants who have notyet graduated must provide a pre-graduation certificate and obtain their high schooldiploma no later than enrollment).
4. 中文授课项目：须提交中文水平证明。中文水平应相当于汉语水平考试
（HSK）四级及以上。

2. 高中及以上学历证明的公证件，中文或英文以外的文本需提供官方翻译公证件；应届毕业生提供本人所在学校出具的预毕业证明原件，入学报到时补充正式的文件；
Notarized copy of high school graduation certificate or equivalent and above. Documents not in Chinese or English require an official notarized translation. Prospective graduates should provide an original pre-graduation certificate issued by their current school, supplementing the official document upon registration.
3. 学习成绩单。高中阶段全部课程的成绩单及学校成绩评价体系说明的公证件，中文或英文以外的文本需提供官方翻译公证件；学生所在国家的统一标准化考试或国际通行的标准化考试成绩单（如 A-Level，IBDP 等）；
Academic transcripts. Notarized copies of complete academic transcripts fromhigh school studies and an explanation of the school's grading system. Documents not in Chinese or English require an official notarized translation. Standardized national examination results or internationally recognized standardized test scores (e.g., A-Levels, IBDP) from the applicant's home country.
4. 语言水平能力证明；
Proof of language proficiency.
5. “来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”成绩单（China Scholastic Competency Assessment,以下简称“CSCA”） （可访问 CSCA 官网：www.csca.cn, 查看具体介绍及报名方式。我校各专业要求的测试科目为：文科中文、数学。申请攻读汉语言本科专业的申请人如能提供有效期内 HSK 四级成绩报告，可免考文科中

Recommendation Letter issued by the high school principal or a teacher (signed by the recommender, indicating their email and contact phone number).
7. 学习计划。用中文或英文书写，不少于 600 字；
Study Plan. Written in Chinese or English, no less than 600 words.
8. 外国普通有效护照（所持护照有效期须超出入学当日至少六个月）；
Valid ordinary foreign passport (passport validity must extend at least six months beyond the intended enrollment date).
9. 《外国人体格检查记录》原件及公证件，需中文或英文填写。申请人应严格按照表中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师意见和医院签字盖章的表无效。检查结果有效期为 6 个月）；
Original and notarized copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record",completed in Chinese or English. Applicants must strictly follow the required items for examination. Forms missing items, lacking a photo, lacking a photo with a stamped seam, or missing a doctor's comments and hospital signature/stamp are invalid. Examination results are valid for 6 months.
10. 有效期限内的无犯罪记录证明；

2. 录取 Admission
学校将通过材料评审、CSCA、面试等方式对申请者进行考核并择优录取。请完成申请后及时关注本人申请系统和注册邮箱，跟进参加面试、预录取、学费缴纳、终审录取等信息。
The university will assess applicants through document review, CSCA scores, interviews, etc., and select the best candidates for admission. After completing your application, please monitor your application system account and registered email regularly for notifications regarding interviews, pre-admission offers, tuition payment procedures, and final admission decisions.
3. 报到 Registration
录取学生须严格按照录取通知要求办理报到注册手续。报到注册时间为 2026年 9 月初，具体以录取通知书要求为准。报到时将进行录取资格复查，再次核验学生的身份信息、毕业证书原件、语言水平证书等。资格复查不通过者，将被取消录取资格。
